 They teach at LGS, Beaconhouse, LLC, Vice College etc.
Best that I recommend are:

1. Mr. Sheharyar Hussain Qureshi( Teaches at his own place LLC)
2. Mr. Javed Sulehri( Teaches at Garrison, LGS Paragon City, SICAS & Vice College at evening ETC.)

 Although there are many golden names but that are unfortunately not to the knowledge so if anyone know, please let us know the name of teacher of the particular subject, his/her teaching place(s) in the comments section.

MATHS 
 Up to the date, the best maths teachers are various in Lahore teaching in different places at morning as well as evening.
1. Mr. Saif Cheema is one the most famous among the maths community of O/AS/A levels. He is currently teaching at the Green Hall Academy. He can be reached by contacting the administration of GHA.
2. Mr. Zahid Amin is also a ACADEMY-IN-HIMSELF in the field of mathematics. I'vs studied personally under him and believe that he can clear your concepts in seconds!!!
 He is teaching at LLC in morning as well as evening right now.
 3. Although the list of TOP maths teachers is not a list that can be written in a short time but my favourite teacher is Mr.Altaf, who is SO disappointing, teaching in the Garrison Academy and he a VERY WELL know teacher for O ' Levels.
My belief is that Mr. Zahid Amin & Mr. Altaf can turn you from ZERO to HERO in some months of you take a tiution under them.
Once again I would like to make clear that all I've written is under years of experience of O'Levels and some time of A'Levels BUT the right choice is always yours so make it wisely.

A-Levels:

A few years back, a little number of people knew about O-Level and A-Level. But now the trend of doing O-levels and after that A-level is becoming popular. A- Level is an international certification from commonly two different boards in Pakistan, one is Cambridge i.e. CIE (Cambridge International Examination) and the other is Eddixel (London University). Cambridge is tough as compared to Eddixel, and has more value. CIE is offering the facility to the candidates to complete their A-level in two parts of one year each. Mostly schools in Lahore offer A-levels of Cambridge board.

*Apart from all the upper listings, I'd prefer all the BOYS to go to the school named LAHORE LEARNING CAMPUS located near Sher Pao Bridge.
 the school is quite small and apparently a TRASH looking building but believe it my dear viewers, it has the best possible faculty in Lahore and they are continously getting World Distinctions in various subjects.
 Its teachers are all from Atchison, LGS, Beaconhouse etc. which is a quite big deal and its fees are less than half at morning than other big schools.

If you dont want to go their, that's fine but keep in mind, never go to any evening academy except LLC, GHA(green hall academy) because they are simply the best.

Best Biology and Chemistry Teachers

For studying Biology in O & A levels, Sir Asad Jamil is the very option that we have, after his record of 2 or more than 2 students with World Distinction, it makes a quite big deal to replace him with any other.
 Another glowing aspect about him is that he is Former Head Of Department of Biology of Atchison College Lahore.
 To study under him,
 At school timings, visit LLC, or to study in evening, go to LLC or Green Hall Academy Johar Town Campus.

For Chemistry, there are many options to study with. i'd prefer you to study under Sir Zahid Iqbal Warraich or Sir Umar Zaman Khattak. Both of these teachers are legends in the field of O & A levels Chemistry with many World Distinctions in their Subjects.
 Sir Zafar Iqbal is also a great deal. Sir Warraich and Sir Zafar will be available in many schools of Lahore but in evening, you can find them in LLC and GHA. Sir Khattak will be available Garrison Academy For Boys, which i know that many of you will say , HUH Garrsion!!!, I say this myself but you must know that Sir Khattak is a Golden Legend in Chemistry and to benefit yourself from it, visit the K&K Academy located in DHA.
 As for now, that's it.
